Upon the successful completion of his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration program, with a specialization in Finance at Wilfrid Laurier University, Harm Deol embarked on his professional journey within the private sector. His tenure commenced at the esteemed Fortune 500 enterprise, PepsiCo, where he assumed diverse finance roles involving revenue management, supply chain finance, and marketing finance. During this period, Harm demonstrated his versatile capabilities and multifaceted financial functions.

In 2014, while concurrently pursuing his Master of Business Administration on a part-time basis at the Schulich School of Business, Harm ventured into a new domain by joining Mars Canada. He navigated a significant career transition from finance to sales, assuming the pivotal responsibility of managing Mars Petcare division's most substantial grocery retailer account in Canada, Loblaws. This role not only showcased his adaptability but also highlighted his proficiency in relationship management and strategic growth.

In 2019, Harm embraced an industry shift from consumer-packaged goods to the dynamic world of technology as he became an integral part of Flipp. Within this fast-paced tech environment, Harm was promoted to a director role that encompassed the three different disciplines of Retailer Analytics, Revenue, and Media Science. Throughout this period of rapid company growth - exceeding 100% - Harm consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise.
